About your real estate donation, the more information you can provide, the quicker we can process your donation. We will need the property address, owner, type of property and square footage of your real estate donation.
We will run a standard review on the property, including title search, tax and lien search and environmental violations search. The donor is responsible for providing a qualified third party appraisal, required by the IRS to receive your maximum tax deduction.
If all papers are in order, and the title is clear of any issues, the real estate donation process typically takes between 3-6 weeks.
